The Insights Discovery Tool is a powerful instrument for participants in coaching, training and teambuilding to gain insight in their own personality, behaviour and in the way they relate to others. It is a personal development tool, which gives individuals an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others. It will support individuals and teams to understand themselves and others better, to gain confidence in themselves and it provides a practical and fun way for personal and team development.

Participants complete a questionnaire, after which they receive a 20-page personal profile. This profile helps them gain a detailed understanding of their personal style and how this impacts on their relationships in both personal and professional environments. While emphasising the uniqueness of each person, the profile illustrates how recognising and valuing difference can empower individuals, teams and entire organisations.

The profile can either be used in individual coaching or in teambuilding or training sessions. In coaching, it provides the participant with a unique instrument for gaining insight and self-awareness, and it inspires to fully use his or her strengths as well as experiment with new behaviour towards others.
